Mansions
on George Condominium Energy efficient Construction.
The School conversion of the first Phase of Mansions on George
has
been re-constructed with R22 Fibreglass Batts in the Exterior
Walls. This combined with the Triple course Bricks (Quadruple in Lower
Floors) from the old
building and the Air Spaces will give an Insulation R Factor exceeding
current code of up to R27. The first addition on Phase I, (where the
elevator Bank is), is being constructed out of Insulated Concrete Form
(I.C.F.) which has an R Factor of in excess of R24. The second
Phase of the project will be entirely I.C.F. A brochure on Reward

extremely energy efficient.
