The Thomas Gillbard School was originally built in 1906, although various additions have been constructed through the years, and sits on over 2.57 Acres of land in the heart of downtown Cobourg, a lovely town with a population of slightly over 19,000 people, on the shores of Lake Ontario. Built out of Insulated Concrete Form (I.C.F.) these Homes will continue the High Energy Efficiencies of Phase I making the Development probably the most  "Green"  Condominium in Ontario.
